The staff all around were excellent. The people at the front desk were amazing. Especially the woman in charge of the breakfast service. She saw me stacking plates to take back to my wife, who was still getting ready. She gave me a tray and held the door open so I could get out. Overall, the staff were the friendliest hotel staff i have ever encountered.

Outstanding breakfast, friendly staff, very quiet. The clerk put us in a nice room just steps from where the room was, which I really appreciated because I'm disabled. We stay here every time we're in Grove.

Lovely welcome on arrival. Everything looked cleaned and as you would like to find it.

The staff was so friendly and sweet, made us feel at home. Tables were clean and staff was available and always asking if we needed anything at all. I highly recommend this hotel, we have stayed before but this last time was even better.

EVERYTHING! Rooms are always clean and ready, the breakfast is the best selection and quality. The pool is clear and clean. The staff are all professional and helpful to get you checked in quickly. Housekeeping are excellent at their job. My families favorite hotel.
